Adrianne Philpott is a Compliance Analyst at Advisor Resource Council, where she supports the firm’s compliance infrastructure and helps advisors keep up with their regulatory requirements within a well-managed, regulatory-aligned framework. In her role, Adrianne assists with account opening approvals, documentation requirements, working closely with advisors and internal teams to maintain accuracy, organization, and adherence to compliance standards. Her work plays an essential role in supporting ARC’s commitment to delivering a consistent, high-quality experience across its advisor network.

Adrianne has four years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus in managing account escalations. Prior to joining ARC, she was with Wells Fargo, where she handled complex client complaints and conducted detailed investigations to help identify suspicious account activity. This experience strengthened her ability to identify risk patterns and navigate detailed regulatory processes in a fast-paced environment.

She began her financial services career at Robinhood, where she earned her Series 7, and Series 63 licenses. Her experience across both fintech and traditional financial services provides her with a well-rounded understanding of the importance of implementing complex regulatory requirements and adhering to extensive internal policies and procedures processes and operational best practices, making her a valuable resource to ARC and its affiliated advisors.

Adrianne is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Western Governors University, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional development. She is particularly drawn to the structure and problem-solving aspects of compliance and takes pride in helping create processes that are both efficient and aligned with regulatory expectations.

Before transitioning into financial services, Adrianne worked as an esthetician, where she developed a strong foundation in client care, attention to detail, and trust-based relationships. This unique background continues to influence her approach today, allowing her to balance technical details with a thoughtful, service-oriented mindset.

Outside of work, Adrianne enjoys spending time with her family as a mother of three. She also enjoys hiking, attending concerts, and staying active.
