Danny Martin serves as IT Manager at Advisor Resource Council, where he provides technology support to ARC employees and the firm’s affiliated advisor network. In his role, Danny assists with day-to-day technology needs, troubleshoots technical issues, and helps ARC personnel and advisor partners make more effective use of the systems and resources available to them.

Danny brings experience across several areas of technology and operations, including IT support, security, compliance, logistics, and facilities management. He began his technology career with Acer in 2008 and later worked at Capital One, where he gained experience within the financial services industry. Before joining ARC, Danny spent four years as the IT Director for a small medical laboratory.

His background in both financial services and healthcare has given Danny experience supporting technology in environments where security, reliability, and regulatory requirements are important considerations. He takes a practical approach to technology, focusing on understanding the issue, identifying a workable solution, and helping users feel more comfortable with the tools they rely on each day.

At ARC, Danny works with employees and affiliated advisors to address technology questions and support the firm’s ongoing operational needs. His broad experience allows him to consider both the technical aspects of an issue and the way it may affect the people using the technology.

Danny was drawn to financial services because of the role the industry can play in helping people work toward meaningful personal and financial goals. He also appreciates the work financial advisors do to educate their clients, encourage thoughtful decision-making, and help them navigate complex financial matters. By supporting the technology advisors use in their businesses, Danny contributes to the resources available to ARC’s affiliated network.

Danny studied IT project management at Tulsa Technology Center and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Phoenix.



Outside of work, Danny is a historical reenactor and is involved with several nonprofit organizations. He also spends several evenings each week practicing historical sword fighting with friends.
