Honileth Virani brings nearly two decades of financial services experience to her role as Advisor Partnerships Manager at ARC, where she focuses on advisor relationship development, asset retention initiatives, and business development support.

With more than 18 years in the industry, including over 15 years in wholesaling, Honileth has built her career around cultivating advisor relationships, supporting growth initiatives, and working within sales-focused environments. Her experience positions her to work closely with financial advisors seeking a collaborative and relationship-driven partner.

At ARC, Honileth is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and building relationships with financial advisors who may be a fit for ARC’s platform and community. In addition to supporting new business development efforts, she works closely with ARC-affiliated advisors to support ongoing engagement and strengthen long-term partnerships across the firm.

Honileth values building meaningful relationships and enjoys learning about advisors’ businesses, understanding the needs of their clients, and supporting advisors as they navigate growth and operational opportunities within an increasingly dynamic industry landscape.

She holds an MBA and attended DePaul University in Chicago as well as American Intercontinental University. Honileth also maintains her FINRA Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses.

Honileth was drawn to the financial services industry by the opportunity to help individuals navigate important financial decisions tied to their long-term goals and financial security. She finds the advisor partnership aspect of the business especially rewarding and values the opportunity to work alongside professionals who are dedicated to serving their clients with care and integrity.

Outside of work, Honileth has played the piano since the age of eight and enjoys music as a lifelong interest. Fun fact: she shares the same birthday as Michael Jordan.
