Jared Fowler serves as a Compliance Analyst at ARC, where he supports compliance operations and helps ensure that ARC’s advisors remain aligned with the latest regulations and industry standards. With eight years of experience in financial services and a strong background in advisor support, Jared brings a unique blend of operational efficiency, advisor-centric service, and regulatory understanding to his role.

Before joining ARC, Jared held key positions that shaped his expertise in transitions, onboarding, and advisor experience. He began his career at HD Vest as an Advisor Experience Specialist, where he quickly earned his Series 7 license and became deeply involved in supporting advisors through day-to-day operational needs. He later served as a Launch Coordinator within the Transitions department at Prospera Financial Services, where he managed onboarding workflows and supported complex advisor movements.

Jared’s hands-on background working directly with advisors gives him keen insight into how compliance impacts productivity, client service, and practice growth. His ability to combine regulatory alignment with real-world advisor experience allows him to anticipate challenges, streamline processes, and help advisors operate confidently and efficiently.

A Dallas native, Jared attended Southern Methodist University before beginning his career in financial services. His path into the industry began through a referral from a friend, and he quickly found a passion for the fast-paced, people-focused environment. What he finds most rewarding about the field is the opportunity to collaborate with a wide spectrum of financial professionals, each bringing their own strengths and approaches to helping clients.

Outside of work, Jared is an avid gamer and custom PC-building hobbyist. He also enjoys tabletop gaming, especially Dungeons & Dragons, where his creativity and strategic thinking come together in new ways.
