Kelli Bolton is the Centralized Services Manager at ARC, providing centralized, remote administrative support for ARC-affiliated financial advisors. With more than 26 years of experience in the financial services industry, Kelli brings a rare blend of advisor experience, client service leadership, and operational expertise to help advisory practices run more efficiently.
In her role at ARC, Kelli supports financial advisors by managing administrative workflows, coordinating service needs, and helping ensure consistency across day-to-day operations, allowing advisors to spend more time focused on their clients and growth.
Kelli began her career in 1999 and has held roles at Northwestern Mutual, Lincoln Financial, USAA, and Voya, where she worked directly with clients and retirement plans including 401(k)s, 403(b)s, 457s, and ORPs. She later spent nine years as Director of Client Relations at a private wealth advisory firm clearing through LPL Financial, overseeing client service operations, advisor support, and compliance coordination.
Her background as both an advisor and a senior client service leader uniquely positions her to anticipate advisor needs and provide proactive, solutions-focused support. Kelli’s areas of vast experience include client relations, compliance support, marketing coordination, and brokerage and advisory operations. She holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 66 licenses, as well as a Certified Professional Results Coach (CPRC) designation.
At ARC, Kelli is passionate about helping financial advisors succeed by delivering reliable centralized services that enhance efficiency, consistency, and the overall advisor experience.
