Sarah Pais

Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer of Advisor Resource Council (ARC), Sarah Pais leads the firm’s strategic vision, driving advisor recruitment, operational excellence, and firm growth while continuously identifying new opportunities to expand ARC’s impact. Drawing on nearly two decades of financial services experience, Sarah leads with a unique blend of operational discipline, regulatory expertise, and a deep commitment to advisor success.

Sarah launched her career at Ameriprise Financial after graduating from Baylor University, quickly distinguishing herself in the uncommon intersection of compliance and operations. Within a year, she became a fully licensed Field Compliance Supervisor (Series 7, 66, 4, and 24), then advanced to Regional Risk Supervisor, where she trained branch managers, oversaw compliance supervision, and built advisor education programs to reduce risk. She later joined RBC Wealth Management as Vice President and Administrative Complex Manager, where she refined her leadership skills while managing operations and HR strategy across multiple teams.

In 2015, Sarah joined 360 Wealth Management, now known as Advisor Resource Council—where she unified her background in compliance, operations, and human resources to guide the daily operations of the firm. Today, she leads ARC’s high-performing team with a focus on delivering seamless back-office support, transparent compliance, and scalable infrastructure designed to help independent advisors thrive.

What makes Sarah’s leadership style distinctive is her unwavering belief that compliance and operations should serve as a catalyst—not a roadblock—for advisor growth. Under her leadership, ARC has earned national recognition, including consecutive placements on Forbes' Top RIA Firms list, and expanded its network to nearly 80 advisors across seven states with over $3 billion in assets under management.

A champion of customization, collaboration, and fiduciary-first values, Sarah ensures that ARC’s advisors have direct access to leadership and personalized solutions that evolve with their goals. Her passion for building strong communities and equipping advisors with real resources—not just promises—continues to shape the future of the firm.

Sarah lives in Plano, Texas, with her husband Guy, their daughter Georgia, and two beloved dogs, Bella and Wrigley. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling—often to the UK to visit family—reading a good book and gathering friends for game nights and home-cooked meals.
