Vanessa McBurnett is a Client Service Manager at Advisor Resource Council (ARC). In this role, she provides administrative and service support to ARC-affiliated financial advisors and assists with client service requests as part of the firm’s centralized services team.

Vanessa has worked in the financial services industry since 2013, supporting advisors and clients in client service and operational roles. Her experience includes assisting with account-related requests, documentation, and general service coordination. At ARC, she works with advisors to support ongoing service workflows and maintain consistent communication related to client service matters.

Vanessa graduated from Dallas College and has developed her career through hands-on experience in financial services operations and client support.



Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her extended family, including her five nieces and nephews. Her interests include reading, crocheting, cross-stitching, and watching supercross races. She also volunteers with her church’s food pantry.
