ARC Welcomes Honileth Virani as Advisor Partnerships Manager

ARC is pleased to announce the addition of Honileth Virani, MBA, as the firm’s new Advisor Partnerships Manager.

Dallas, TX – May 2026 — With more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, including over 15 years focused on wholesaling, advisor engagement, and relationship management, Honileth brings extensive experience in advisor support, business development, and strategic relationship growth.


In her role at ARC, Honileth will focus on strengthening advisor relationships, supporting asset retention initiatives, and driving business development efforts across the organization. She will work closely with both existing and prospective financial advisors, helping them maximize the value of ARC’s platform, community, and growth resources.

Honileth has built her career around developing meaningful advisor relationships and supporting financial professionals in their growth. She is passionate about understanding advisors’ businesses, learning about their clients’ needs, and helping advisors navigate opportunities for growth in an evolving financial landscape.


Honileth earned her MBA and attended both DePaul University in Chicago and American Intercontinental University. She also maintains her FINRA Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses.


Outside of work, Honileth enjoys music and has played piano since the age of eight.
